Kerrin C. Wolf is the Public Policy Teaching Fellow and a doctoral candidate at the School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware. He earned a law degree from the William and Mary Law School and practiced law in Philadelphia before returning to school to pursue a doctorate.
